All cousins are invited
General Information
Lodging + Check-in
Lodging will be on the SUNY-Delhi campus in Catskill Hall which is across the street from MacDonald Hall where we have our meals. There is a parking lot behind Catskill Hall.
Lodging rates have been discounted courtesy of JMA Board. The price is $25 per night per bed. There are several choices for lodging. This dorm has only suites. Each suite has 6 single beds. Some suites have 4 rooms – 2 rooms with 2 beds and 2 rooms with 1 bed. Some suites have 3 rooms – all with 2 beds. You may request a suite, or you may request one room of the suite. If you request just one or two rooms in the suite, we will try to match you up with other cousins to use the entire suite. If you have specific cousins with whom you want to share the suite, there is a place on the registration form to indicate those names.
Each suite includes a common area with lounge furniture, a table with four chairs, and a counter with upper cabinets. The common area includes one sink and mirror with an adjacent, separate toilet room with sink and two showers.
- Lodging in the dorm is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- The dorm has an elevator, but no air conditioning. You might want to bring a fan.
- Rooms are available from Thursday night to Sunday morning. Board and Committee members may book Wednesday night as well.
- Checkout is from 7am – noon on Sunday.
- Each suite and room are secure with a swipe card. SUNY staff at the dorm will provide the cards to you when you check-in there. You might find it useful to bring a door stop so that you can keep room doors open. They lock automatically.
- If a swipe card is lost, you will have to pay a replacement fee.
- Room fee includes a bath towel, washcloth, bed sheets, pillow, pillowcase, and a blanket for each bed reserved. Linens are not replaced during your stay. In addition to toiletries, you may want to bring hand soap and shower shoes. Windows have blinds but no curtains. Remember, this is a college dorm where students bring everything they need. They are not hotel rooms!
- WiFi will be provided at no cost on the campus, and passwords will be given when you check in to the dorm.
- On-campus transportation is available on request. Please use the checkbox on the registration form if you need this help.
Event & Dorm Check-in will be open on the campus of SUNY-Delhi, NY in Catskill Hall Thursday, 7/24, beginning at 1:00 pm. You will be able to collect meal tickets and room keys at this location.
On Saturday, activities will be in and around Roxbury for the day. If you have not checked in for the event by Saturday, the registration packets will be in Roxbury so you can go directly there. Room keys will only be available at Catskill Hall.
