Lodging + Check-in
O’Connor Hall at SUNY-Delhi campus will likely be the dorm made available to our event. It is adjacent to MacDonald Hall where we have our meals.
O’Connor Hall does not have suites. There are double rooms (two single beds, $xxx.xx per night) and single rooms (one single bed, $xxx.xx per night). The dorm has an elevator, but no air conditioning. There are communal bathrooms on each floor.
- Lodging in the dorm is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Rooms are available for rent from Wednesday night to Sunday morning.
- Checkout is at noon.
- Each room is secure with a swipe card. SUNY staff at the dorm will provide the cards to you when you check-in there.
- If a swipe card is lost, you will have to pay a replacement fee.
- Room fee includes a bath towel, washcloth, bed sheets, pillow, pillowcase, and a blanket for each bed reserved. Linens are not replaced during your stay. In addition to toiletries, you may want to bring hand soap, shower shoes, and a room fan. Windows have blinds but no curtains. Remember, this is a college dorm where students bring everything they need. They are not hotel rooms! Remember that you will be going down the hall to the bathroom.
- WiFi will be provided at no cost on the campus, and passwords will be given when you check in to the dorm.
Event & Dorm Check-in will be open at O’Connor Hall, Thursday 1:00 pm thru 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am thru 5:00 pm. You will be also be able to collect meal tickets at this location.
On Saturday, activities will be in and around Roxbury for the day. If you have not checked in for the event by Saturday, the registration packets will be in Roxbury so you can go directly there.

- Bring bag chairs that are easily carried if you would like to be comfortably seated during the cemetery and cabin ruins ceremonies and for the afternoon activities.
- Please be aware that cell service is spotty in the mountainous area around Delhi and Roxbury.
